They pick and pack for Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, WooCommerce and the rest, off the same stock that feeds Amazon.
Prep that meets the rules
Receiving, labelling and prep handled to Amazon’s requirements, so a shipment is not held up at check in over packaging.
Late and damaged are review problems too
A crushed box and a two week delay both end up in the same place, which is a one star review about something that had nothing to do with the product. I see it constantly, and it is the cheapest kind of damage to prevent.
Tactical is who I would hand the logistics to. Getting it right at the warehouse stops the review from being written, and that beats anything we can do after the fact.
