How the month runs

You will always know what is happening

The usual fear is being handed to a junior and going quiet. Here is the cadence instead.

Weekly written report

What was filed, what moved, what is next. In writing, every week, whether the news is good or not.

One named owner

A standing call and one person who owns your account and knows it. Not a shared inbox and not a rotating queue.

Limited access only

User permissions scoped to the work. No login handover, and buyer data, order data and financial reports stay off limits.

Straight answers

What we will not do

Promise a number

No guaranteed removals, no promised growth percentage, and no implied relationship with Amazon. Amazon makes the final call on every case we file.

Chase honest criticism

If a review is a genuine complaint about the product, it stays up. That is the correct outcome, and fixing the underlying problem is the real work.

Bill you to look busy

On average 5 to 10% of negative written reviews qualify for removal, up to 15 to 20% in some categories. If your account does not have enough there, we will say so.

Due diligence

Questions worth asking any agency

Ask us and ask everyone else. The answers tell you more than a case study will.

The questionCommon arrangementHow we work
Who actually touches the account? Unnamed pooled team, often offshore One named owner you meet before signing
How often do I hear from you? A monthly deck, mostly charts A written weekly report plus a standing call
What access do you need? Full Seller Central login handover Scoped user permissions, never your login
What will you refuse to do? Rarely stated anywhere Published above, in plain words
How does the exit work? Long term, auto-renewing No long-term contract, orderly handover
What do the first 30 days produce? Onboarding calls and a strategy doc A fixed audit list, worked in priority order

The middle column describes patterns common in the category, not any particular company.

FAQ

Before you hand over the keys

What access do you actually need?

User permissions scoped to the work: listings, advertising, case filing and reviews. We never ask for your Seller Central login, and buyer data, order data and financial reports stay off limits. You can revoke the permissions yourself at any time, without asking us.

How do you take over an account that is already running without disrupting sales?

Nothing gets changed on day one. We audit first and produce a written list of what is broken, ranked by what it is costing you. Then we work that list from the inside, highest value first, one change at a time so anything that moves the numbers is traceable to a specific action. Bulk rewrites on a live catalog is how agencies tank a good account, so we do not do that.

What happens to my existing team or freelancers?

That is your call, and we will give you a straight read on it. Sometimes the right answer is that a good person is being pointed at the wrong work. Sometimes there are three people doing what one person and better tooling could do. We will tell you which, and we are happy to work alongside people you want to keep.

How long before I see anything change?

Catalog and account health fixes tend to show inside the first few weeks because they are removing a brake rather than adding a lever. Review removals typically start landing within about 30 days. Advertising changes need a few weeks of data before the numbers mean anything, so we do not claim a result before the data supports it.

How does this relate to your review removal service?

Review removal is included in a management engagement and is where most of our clients start. If removal is all you want, you can buy it on its own, with nothing owed for reviews that stay up. See review removal.

How do I leave?

You tell us, and we hand everything back in an orderly way: open cases, the audit list, what was done and what is still outstanding. There is no long-term contract to escape. An easy exit is part of why the relationship works while it lasts.

See what we would find first

The free review audit is how most management conversations start. You get a real finding back, and it costs nothing either way.
