What makes eCom Triage different?

We’re success-based — you only pay for successfully removed reviews. We don’t charge monthly recurring fees and we don’t require a retainer. And every review goes through its own unique escalation process depending on the context of the review.

Is this compliant with Amazon’s Terms of Service?

Yes. We only pursue reviews that genuinely violate Amazon’s policies — fake reviews, off-topic content, profanity, non-compliant claims, and the like.

Do you need access to my Amazon account?

We require minimal access to Seller Central and Brand Registry. The only permissions we need are to file and manage cases. We don’t need access to any reports or sensitive data.

How many reviews can I expect to get removed?

It heavily depends on how many reviews you have, what percentage of your reviews are actually non-compliant, your category, competitors, etc. — but on average we successfully remove 3–10% of your written negative reviews.

How long does it take?

This depends on how many negative reviews you have and many other factors, but most clients see results within the first 30 days. The service itself is ongoing, as we will always be monitoring your new reviews and assessing them as they come in.
