Most review problems start in a warehouse
A one star review is usually the last step in a chain that went wrong much earlier. A case pack shipped short, a unit arrived crushed, a replacement went out late. By the time it reaches me it is written down in public and hard to undo. Weisser handles that end of the chain so there is less for me to clean up at mine.
